Reflections on Trump's victory as President of the USA

1. A majority of adults (and therefore those entitled to vote) in the USA obviously have significant feelings of inferiority, which lead to them trusting a person like Trump, who promises the USA a new greatness (great again).
So if you want to be politically successful in the USA, you have to promise people a lot, especially things that can eliminate their feelings of inferiority, but which you are not allowed to talk about directly!

2. Truth is obviously playing less and less of a role in US politics. Political opponents are devalued and supporters are mobilized with many lies.
Although these lies are usually quickly exposed, many people still believe these statements because they fit into the hope structure of these people.
So if you want to be politically successful there, you have to lie to people and devalue your political opponents with lies!

3. Many men in the USA obviously have a (secret?) contempt for women! The ruthlessness and egoism with which the men of the USA conquered and expanded the country is also expected in politics. Sexual dominance and aggressiveness are considered masculine and are widely accepted, if not admired. Quite a few women in the USA have obviously accepted their devaluation and admire men for their assertiveness and uncompromising attitude.
So if you want to be politically successful there, you have to appear with sexual boasting and masculine aggressiveness: Then you will be admired by many - perhaps even envied.
That is why women in the USA have little chance of getting majority approval as president.

4. A majority of people in the USA are obviously not concerned with democratic values, but with their own interests. Anyone who questions the values of the constitution and democracy in order to better pursue their own interests will not receive criticism and indignation, but possibly approval. The main thing is that he promises the people a new greatness. This is very reminiscent of National Socialism in Germany around 90 years ago.

5. Perhaps the first point (hope for the elimination of feelings of inferiority) is the most important concern for many people in the USA and the other points only have an additional meaning for these people. That is, the other points are accepted. The main point is the promise to eliminate hidden feelings of inferiority.
